Welcome!

Join us in Sun Valley, Idaho for the 100th anniversary celebration of IMPA!

The IMPA Annual Conference continues to be a premier industry event, offering networking opportunities and conversation around a variety of industry-relevant topics.

The excitement continues in 2026! If you haven't heard, IMPA has changed our name from the Idaho Milk Processors Association to the Intermountain Milk Processors Association. This update preserves the familiar IMPA acronym while better reflecting our membership, milk shed and important ties to the great state of Utah.

As part of this rollout, we have also refreshed our logo — special thanks to Dairy West for their support in making this happen! Fun fact: this is the second name change in our 100-year history. The first occurred in 1945 when Carl M. Carlson led a transition from our original name, the Idaho Creamery Operators.

While our name has evolved, the IMPA’s objective remains the same: advancing the dairy industry’s interests while hosting the best dairy conference possible.

The 2026 IMPA Conference is available for IMPA members and non-members alike and as always, guests are more than welcome.

Becoming an IMPA member not only unlocks discounted Conference registration, but also support's IMPA's year-round activities. To learn more about IMPA Membership and if your company is already a member, click below:
