Mr. Bochman provides strategic guidance on topics at the intersection of grid security and infrastructure resilience to senior U.S. and international government and industry leaders. He has provided analysis on energy sector security and resilience standards and gaps to the various USG and state regulators. Teaming with US and international partner orgs, Andy has trained operators and regulators in Central and Eastern European countries and most of the US states. Andy recently published a book: Countering Cyber Sabotage: Introducing Consequence-based Cyber-Informed Engineering. He began his career as a comms officer in the US Air Force, and prior to joining INL was the Energy Security Lead at IBM and an Advisor at the Chertoff Group. Mr. Bochman received a BS degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MA from the Harvard University.
