The IMPA Annual Conference continues to be a premier industry event, offering networking opportunities and conversation around a variety of industry-relevant topics. Last year's conference was one for the record books. 2023's conference:

• Hosted the largest ever IMPA Annual Conference guests, attended by over 500 industry representatives last year
• Raised a record-breaking $89,000 for scholarship support at the annual Wine & Cheese Auction

The 2024 IMPA Conference is available for IMPA members and non-members alike and as always, guests are more than welcome. This year's conference has a few new updates:

• IMPA members attendance registration: $750
• Non-member attendance: $1,000
• Guests: $250
• Academics: $225

Conference lodging, events and activities fill quickly so please register today! 

Please note: Cancellations through July 31^st will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee.  Cancellations after July 31^st are not eligible for a refund. 

This year's conference once again boasts some of the most enjoyable activities following Friday morning's general session. Golf, trap shooting, hiking and fly fishing on your own, are still available, as well as a newly added guided fly fishing excursion - which was a big hit last year! Brand new for 2024, is a guided horseback ride up Dollar Mountain. 

Sun Valley is one of Idaho’s most spectacular locations, and we encourage you to extend your stay and bring the whole family to experience the mountain splendor. 

Also new for 2024: Saturday activities! While the conference concludes Friday evening, during registration, you'll be able to choose from the following activities on Saturday afternoon should you decide to extend your stay:

• Guided fly fishing excursion
• Guided horseback ride up Dollar Mountain
• Whitewater rafting on the Salmon River
• Discounted tickets to Saturday night's performance of Sun Valley on Ice featuring former Olympians and professional figure skaters!

Saturday's activities have been booked on behalf of IMPA in an effort to make the conference family friendly for all who attend. 

Back again this year, don't miss the annual IMPA wine and cheese auction at beautiful Trail Creek. It’s not every day you can help raise funds for scholarships, enjoy a glass of wine and sample a bevy of award-winning cheese while mingling with industry leaders on the grounds of Ernest Hemingway’s private hunting lodge!

New for 2024: Guests who stay the night of Saturday evening, August 10th will be given priority for a room in the Main Lodge.

Rooms at the Resort sell out fast. We recommend booking a room as soon as possible. 

IMPA room rates are good for the nights of Wednesday, August 7th through Saturday night, August 10th.
